Requirement that certain persons provide information to insurers.
Any person within an insurance
holding company system subject to registration shall provide complete and
accurate information to an insurer when such information is necessary to enable
the insurer to comply with the registration requirements of ORS 732.517 to
732.596. [1993 c.447 §41]
