Arbitrage transactions exempt; rules.
The provisions of ORS 732.430, 732.435 and 732.440 do not apply to foreign or
domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules as
the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt in
order to carry out the purposes of ORS 732.420 to 732.455. [Formerly 738.770]
