Statute Text
Soliciting subscriptions and applications.
No person shall solicit subscriptions for the capital
stock of, or, in the case of an insurer without capital stock, applications for
insurance in, any insurer in the process of organization unless the insurer has
filed the insurers name and address with the Director of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services. [1967 c.359 §159]
