Statute Text
Withdrawing advancements made to reciprocal insurer. No advancement made by the subscribers or the attorney of a reciprocal insurer shall be withdrawn or refunded except out of the surplus of the insurer in excess of its required capitalization, and then only upon the written consent of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. [1967 c.359 §110]
