Prohibition on certain sales related to group health and group life insurance.
(1) No insurer or insurance
producer selling a policy of group life insurance or group health insurance
subject to the exemption in ORS 731.146 (2)(b) is authorized to sell membership
in a group for the purpose of qualifying an applicant who is an individual for
the insurance.
(2) No insurer or
insurance producer selling membership in a group is authorized to offer a
policy of group life insurance or group health insurance subject to the
exemption in ORS 731.146 (2)(b) for the purpose of selling membership in the
