Statute Text
Workers compensation policies; conditions for issuing.
An insurer shall not issue workers
compensation insurance policies pursuant to ORS chapter 656 unless it furnishes
occupational safety and health loss control consultative services to its
insured employers consistent with the requirements of ORS 654.097. [1975 c.585 §3;
