Statute Text
Rules.
In accordance with the applicable
provisions of ORS chapter 183, the Director of the Department of Consumer and
Business Services may make reasonable rules necessary for or as an aid to the
effectuation of the Insurance Code. No such rule shall extend, modify or
conflict with the Insurance Code or the reasonable implications thereof. [1967
