Statute Text
Surrender of license. Any pawnbroker may surrender any license by delivering to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services written notice that the pawnbroker thereby surrenders such license, but such surrender shall not affect the pawnbroker’s civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior to the surrender.
