Statute Text
Person not liable for good faith acts or omissions. A person may not be held personally liable for an act done or omitted by the person in good faith and in compliance with a rule or order of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services under this chapter regardless of whether the rule or order is later amended or rescinded or is later determined by judicial or other authority to be invalid. [1987 c.445 §6]
