Removal of officer of licensee for reasons stated in ORS 725.145.
The Director of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services by order may direct a licensee to remove an
officer or director of the licensee from office for any of the reasons stated
in ORS 725.145. [1987 c.650 §16]
