Statute Text
Reinstatement of revoked license; fee.
The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may reinstate
any revoked license upon the licensees compliance with the provisions of law
or any demand, ruling or requirement made by the director under this chapter.
For such reinstatement of license the licensee shall pay a fee of $25. [Amended
by 1985 c.762 §126]
