Statute Text
Procedure for license denial, revocation or suspension.
(1) If the Director of the
Department of Consumer and Business Services denies a license, or proposes to
revoke or suspend a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as
provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2) Conduct of
hearings, issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be
