Statute Text
Manufacturers implied warranty of merchantability.
Except if the manufacturer
disclaims the warranty in the manner prescribed by ORS 72.8010 to 72.8200, the
manufacturer of a consumer good to be sold at retail in this state gives, on
sale or consignment for sale, the manufacturers implied warranty of
merchantability. [1973 c.413 §3]
