Statute Text
Buyers
rights on improper delivery.
Subject to the provisions of ORS 72.6120 on breach in installment contracts and
unless otherwise agreed under ORS 72.7180 and 72.7190 on contractual
limitations of remedy, if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any
respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:
(1) Reject the
whole; or
(2) Accept the
whole; or
(3) Accept any
commercial unit or units and reject the rest. [1961 c.726 §72.6010]
