Statute Text
Pledging assets to secure public funds.
A savings bank may pledge its assets to secure public
funds as provided under ORS chapter 295. For the purposes of this section, public
funds has the meaning given that term in ORS 295.001. [1973 c.288 §7; 1999
c.311 §6; 2007 c.71 §232]
