Investments in common stock of federally chartered corporation providing secondary mortgage sale markets and Federal Home Loan Bank. A savings bank may invest the funds mentioned in ORS 716.410 in the common stock of: (1) Any federally chartered corporation that is chartered for the purpose of providing secondary markets for the sale of mortgages by savings banks. (2) The Federal Home Loan Bank. [1975 c.544 §46]
