Statute Text
Resolution for amending articles.
The articles of incorporation of an Oregon nonstock bank may be amended by a
resolution adopted by a majority of the directors of the Oregon nonstock bank.
Any number of amendments may be submitted to the directors and voted upon by
them at one meeting. [1979 c.88 §19; 1997 c.631 §342]
