Suspension or restriction of liability payment not evidence of insolvency.
An order of the Director of the
Department of Consumer and Business Services under ORS 711.620 to 711.670 or
the taking possession of the assets and properties of an Oregon stock bank by
the director under ORS 711.620 to 711.670 is not an act of insolvency of the
Oregon stock bank and does not raise any presumption of insolvency. [1973 c.797
