Prohibition against applying to enjoin director from continuing possession.
An institution may not apply to
the supervising court for an order requiring the Director of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services to show cause why the director should not be
enjoined from continuing possession pursuant to ORS 711.419. [Amended by 1973
