Statute Text
(3) shall forfeit a civil penalty in an amount determined by the
director of not more than $2,500 for each offense.
(2) All money
forfeited under this section shall be paid to the State Treasurer to be
deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund.
(3) The civil
penalty may be recovered as provided in ORS 706.980. [1975 c.544 §29c]
