Statute Text
Suspension of payment of dividends.
The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may require
any institution or Oregon stock savings bank to suspend the payment of any
dividends if the director determines that the payment of dividends would result
in the remaining stockholders equity of the institution or Oregon stock
savings bank being inadequate for the safe and sound operation of the
institution or Oregon stock savings bank. [Amended by 1963 c.580 §82; 1973
