Statute Text
Filing
of amended articles of incorporation.
Duplicate originals of the articles of amendment shall be delivered to the
Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. If the director
finds that the articles of amendment conform to law, the director shall, when
all fees and charges have been paid as in this chapter prescribed:
(1) Indorse on
each such duplicate originals the word Filed and the month, day and year of
the filing thereof.
(2) File one of
such duplicate originals in the office of the director.
(3) Return one
duplicate original of the articles of amendment to the banking institution or
