Offering documents for sale of stock; approval by director.
An institutions or Oregon stock
savings banks incorporators shall submit to the Director of the Department of
Consumer and Business Services proposed offering documents for selling the
institutions or Oregon stock savings banks stock for the directors review.
Subscriptions for stock in the institution or Oregon stock savings bank may not
be accepted before the date on which the director approves the offering
