Statute Text
Offering documents for sale of stock; approval by director. An institution’s or Oregon stock savings bank’s incorporators shall submit to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services proposed offering documents for selling the institution’s or Oregon stock savings bank’s stock for the director’s review. Subscriptions for stock in the institution or Oregon stock savings bank may not be accepted before the date on which the director approves the offering documents. [1997 c.631 §46; 2015 c.244 §20]
