Attorney General to conduct actions; assistance of district attorneys.
The Attorney General shall conduct
all actions begun by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business
Services under authority of the Bank Act, and may require the assistance of the
district attorney of the district in which the action is conducted. [Formerly
