Statute Text
Examiners required to report insolvency of Oregon operating institution. An examiner of the Department of Consumer and Business Services, having knowledge of the insolvency or unsafe condition of an Oregon operating institution shall report the fact in writing, over the examiner’s signature, to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services. [Amended by 1973 c.797 §33; 1985 c.762 §32; 1997 c.631 §12]
