Bank Act references to federal statutes and regulations; rules. References in the Bank Act to federal statutes and regulations, except as otherwise provided in the Bank Act, are to the statutes or regulations as the statutes or regulations are in effect on January 1, 2015. The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may by rule construe one or more of the references to federal statutes and regulations in the Bank Act as references to the statutes and regulations as the statutes or regulations are in effect on a later date.
