Statute Text
Opportunity for hearing; judicial review.
(1) If the Department of Public Safety Standards and
Training proposes to refuse to issue or renew a license or proposes to suspend
or revoke a license or proposes to reprimand an investigator, opportunity for
hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
(2) Judicial
review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in
