Statute Text
Uniformity of law.
In applying and construing ORS 702.005 to 702.065, 702.991 and 702.994, the
courts, a prosecuting attorney as defined in ORS 646.605 and the Department of
Education shall give consideration to the need to promote uniformity of the law
with respect to its subject matter among states that have enacted the Uniform
Athlete Agents Act. [2005 c.525 §21; 2013 c.54 §9]
