Appointment of Department of Education as agent for service of process; subpoenas. (1) By acting as an athlete agent in Oregon, a nonresident individual appoints the Department of Education as the individual’s agent for service of process in any civil action in Oregon related to the individual’s acting as an athlete agent in Oregon. (2) The department may issue subpoenas for any material that is relevant to the administration of ORS 702.005 to 702.065, 702.991 and 702.994. [2005 c.525 §3]
