Provision of licensed contractors list to other state agencies; rules. (1) The Construction Contractors Board shall supply the Department of Revenue and the Employment Department with a partial or complete list of licensees as deemed necessary by the board. (2) The lists required by subsection (1) of this section shall contain the name, address, Social Security or federal employer identification number of each licensee or such other information as the departments may by rule require.
