Statute Text
Licensing application fee; rules. Each applicant shall pay to the Construction Contractors Board: (1) For an application for the issuance or renewal of a contractor license, an application fee as determined by the board under ORS 701.238. (2) For an application for changes to a contractor license, other than changes due to clerical errors by the board, an application fee established by board rule. [Formerly 701.125]
