Effect of ORS 70.020 to 70.040. Nothing contained in ORS 70.020 to 70.040: (1) Limits or affects the jurisdiction of the courts of this state; (2) Limits or affects the right to serve any process, notice or demand required or permitted by law to be served upon a limited partnership or the general partners thereof in any other manner now or hereafter permitted by law; or (3) Enlarges the purposes for which service on the Secretary of State is permitted when the purposes are limited by any other provision of law.
