Statute Text
Office
in state.
Each
limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state an office at
which the records referred to in ORS 70.050 shall be kept. The records office
may be but need not be a place of business of the limited partnership in this
state and may not be a mail forwarding business, a virtual office or a
commercial mail receiving agency, except that a commercial mail receiving
agency may be a records office if the physical street address of the records
office is the same as the physical street address of the commercial mail
