Statute Text
Endorsement and deposit of payment instruments.
A check-cashing business shall:
(1) Endorse in
the name of the business all payment instruments for which the business
provided money, credit or any other thing of value; and
(2) Deposit or
present for payment each such payment instrument not later than one business
day following the date of the transaction. [2007 c.358 §9]
