Statute Text
Investigation.
(1)
The Real Estate Commissioner may investigate either upon complaint or otherwise
whenever it appears that a person has conducted residential property
wholesaling in violation of ORS 696.653 to 696.665.
(2) If upon
investigation it appears that the person has violated a provision of ORS
