Statute Text
Fees.
The Real Estate Commissioner, with
the approval of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, may prescribe
the fees that the Real Estate Agency may charge for activities listed under
this section, subject to the following maximum amounts:
(1) For initial
issuance of residential property wholesaler registration under ORS 696.656,
$300; and
(2) For renewal
of residential property wholesaler registration under ORS 696.656, $300. [2024
