Consent by nonresident real estate marketing organization to service of summons
or process required.
(1) Every nonresident real estate marketing organization, at the time of
licensing, shall file with the Real Estate Commissioner an irrevocable consent
that if, in any suit or action commenced against the nonresident organization
in this state arising out of a violation of any provision of ORS 696.603,
