Statute Text
Civil
or criminal actions not limited by ORS 696.505 to 696.590.
Nothing in ORS 696.505 to 696.590
shall limit any statutory or common law right of any person to bring any action
in any court for any act involved in the transaction of the escrow business or
the right of the state to punish any person for any violation of any law. [1963
