Hearings procedure under ORS 696.505 to 696.590; subpoena. (1) All hearings before the Real Estate Commissioner or the commissioner’s authorized representative conducted under the authority of ORS 696.505 to 696.590 shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of ORS chapter 183. (2) The commissioner, or anyone authorized by the commissioner, shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and administer oaths in connection with hearings in the enforcement of ORS 696.505 to 696.590.
