Statute Text
Denial
of right to court action for unlicensed plumber or unqualified apprentice.
A person who provides services
connected with plumbing, as defined in ORS 447.010, may not bring or maintain
an action in the courts of this state to recover for those services unless the
person alleges and proves that, at the time the services were performed, the
person performing the services either:
(1) Held a valid
journeyman plumber license; or
(2) Was an
