Statute Text
Issuance of journeymans license.
The State Plumbing Board shall issue a license to a person who:
(1) By the
examination provided for by this chapter is shown to be fit, competent and
qualified to engage in the trade of journeyman plumber;
(2) Complies with
board rules adopted under ORS 455.117; and
(3) Pays the
applicable application fee established by the board under ORS 693.135. [Amended
