Statute Text

Disciplinary actions; procedures; rules. (1) If the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board proposes to take disciplinary action as described in ORS 692.180, the board shall accord an opportunity for hearing as provided in ORS chapter 183. (2) Adoption of rules, conduct of hearings and issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183. [1971 c.734 §151; 1983 c.810 §19; 2025 c.316 §3]
