Statute Text
Examinations; rules.
The Health Licensing Office shall offer an examination for applicants for
licenses to perform services in each field of practice at least twice a year.
An applicant who fails any part of the examination may retake the failed
section in accordance with rules adopted by the office. [1987 c.698 §4; 2001
