Statute Text

Curriculum requirements advisory committee. The Board of Cosmetology shall convene a curriculum requirements advisory committee consisting of representatives of schools. The advisory committee shall make recommendations to the board regarding curriculum requirements for a field of practice as described in ORS 690.046. Prior to adopting rules regarding the curriculum requirements, the board shall consult with the advisory committee. [2023 c.273 §3]
