Statute Text
Examinations. (1) Examinations shall be given at such times and places as the Board of Cosmetology may determine, but in no instance less often than once every month. (2) The board shall give each qualified applicant notice of the time and place of the examination. (3) The board shall determine the subjects, scope and form of and the passing score for examinations and qualifications for retaking failed examinations.
