Statute Text
Specialty certificate.
The Health Licensing Office may issue a specialty certificate in a field of
practice other than natural hair care to a practitioner who has:
(1) Completed
post-graduate education approved by the office that is separate from the
education or training required for entry-level certification;
(2) Passed an
examination approved or recognized by the Board of Cosmetology; and
(3) Paid the
applicable fees established under ORS 676.576. [1999 c.425 §8; 2009 c.701 §33;
