Statute Text
Civil
penalty for violation of ORS 689.515.
(1) In addition to all other penalties provided by law every person who
violates ORS 689.515 or any rule adopted thereunder may incur a civil penalty
of up to $250 for every such violation.
(2) The penalty
imposed under this section may be remitted or mitigated upon such terms and
conditions as the State Board of Pharmacy considers proper and consistent with
the public health and safety.
(3) Civil
penalties under this section shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745.
(4) Civil
penalties recovered under this section shall be deposited into the State Board
of Pharmacy Account established in ORS 689.139. [Formerly part of 689.515; 2005
