Dispensation of prescription drug containing cannabinoids; rules.
(1) A pharmacist may dispense to a
patient, pursuant to a prescription from a practitioner, a prescription drug
that is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration and that
contains one or more cannabinoids.
(2) The State
Board of Pharmacy may adopt rules to carry out this section. [2019 c.391 §3]
