Statute Text
Employees.
(1) The
State Board of Pharmacy may, in its discretion, employ persons in positions or
capacities as it deems necessary to the proper conduct of board business and to
the fulfillment of the boards responsibilities as defined by this chapter.
(2) The employees
of the board other than the executive director shall receive, as compensation,
an annual salary payable monthly, the amount of which shall be determined by
law, and reimbursement for expenses incurred in connection with performance of
