Statute Text
Immunity from civil liability.
The Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic Technologist Licensing Board and
its members and the Health Licensing Office and its employees and contractors
are immune from any civil liability arising from good faith actions taken
pursuant to ORS 688.800 to 688.840. [2001 c.40 §7; 2005 c.648 §48; 2011 c.715 §16;
2013 c.568 §75]
